Termistores lineales de película fina de níquel PTC SMD TFPT

Los termistores lineales de película fina de níquel PTC SMD TFPT de Vishay / Dale están disponibles en tamaños 0402, 0603, 0805 y 1206, y cuentan con una base de sustrato de alúmina con un elemento de película fina PTC basado en níquel. Estos termistores cumplen con la normativa AEC-Q200 y ofrecen una alta estabilidad en todo el rango de temperatura de -55 °C a 150 °C. Las especificaciones adicionales incluyen tolerancias estándares de ±0.5 %, ±1 % y ±5 %, factor de disipación máxima de 4 mW/K y un índice de fallos de ≤ 0.1 x 10^-9/h. Los termistores lineales de película fina PTC SMD TFPT de Vishay / Dale son ideales para compensación y detección de temperatura en vehículos, controladores de motores, controladores LED y sensores de flujo de aire.
