STMicroelectronics STEVAL-IDI009V1 Evaluation Board

STMicroelectronics STEVAL-IDI009V1 Evaluation Board allows for motion detection with a PIR sensor and is suitable for home automation applications. The board conditions the signal generated by a passive infrared (PIR) sensor for common applications like human detection. The sensor triggers when a person is detected in range of the sensor and can be used to trip an alarm or command room lighting. The board embeds the TSU102 operational amplifier which consumes only 1μA. The board is highly suitable for battery-powered applications like LED lighting. The global application consumes only 24μA when there is no detection.
