Microchip Technology MCP9902/3/4 Low-Temperature Remote Diode Sensors

Microchip MCP9902/3/4 Low-Temperature Remote Diode Sensors monitor up to four temperature channels and support up to a 2.2nF diode filter capacitor. The MCP9902/3/4 sensors are high accuracy and low cost, with advanced features like Resistance Error Correction (REC). Additional features like Beta Compensation and automatic diode-type detection combines for a robust solution.
