TXU0101/TXU0101-Q1 Voltage-Level Translator

Texas Instruments TXU0101/TXU0101-Q1 Voltage-Level Translator is a 1-bit, dual-supply non-inverting fixed-direction voltage level translation device. A pin is referenced to the V_CCA logic level, an OE pin can be referenced to either V_CCA or V_CCB logic levels, and a B pin is referenced to the V_CCB logic level. The A port can accept input voltages ranging from 1.1V to 5.5V, while the B port can also accept input voltages from 1.1V to 5.5V. Fixed direction data transmission can occur from A to B when OE is set to high in reference to either supply. When OE is set to low on the Texas Instruments TXU0101/TXU0101-Q1, all output pins are in the high-impedance state. The TXU0101-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
