AD4170 Low Noise Precision SigmaDelta ADC

Analog Devices Inc. AD4170 Low Noise Precision SigmaDelta ADC is designed for precision measurement applications, with a DC to 50kHz input bandwidth. The Analog Devices Inc. AD4170 features a 24-bit Σ-Δ ADC and supports output data rates from 7.6SPS to 500kSPS. Configurable for four differential or eight single-ended/pseudo differential inputs, it includes an on-chip low-noise gain stage for direct interfacing with small amplitude signals.
