KYOCERA AVX TBJ COTS-Plus Capacitors are commercial over-the-shelf capacitors that are designed for maximum packaging efficiency for high-volume production. These capacitors feature a construction that is compatible with a wide range of SMT board assembly processes, including reflow solder, conductive epoxy, or compression bonding techniques. The high-reliability series encompasses the current range of EIA low-ESR ratings. KYOCERA AVX TBJ COTS-Plus Capacitors offer a 0.15µF to 1000µF capacitance range with ±5%, ±10%, and ±20% tolerances.

- ±5%, ±10%, and ±20% capacitance tolerance
- -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range
- Four termination finishes: solder plated, fused solder plated, hot solder dipped, and gold plated
- For space-level applications, AVX SRC9000 qualification is recommended
