Analog Devices Inc. AD8276/AD8277 Unity-Gain Difference Amplifiers

Analog Devices Inc. AD8276/AD8277 Amplifiers are offered as general-purpose, unity-gain difference amplifiers for precision signal conditioning in power-critical applications requiring high performance and low-power usage. The AD8276/AD8277 amplifiers feature laser-trimmed on-chip resistors to achieve excellent gain accuracy and a high CMRR. The amplifiers operate on 2V to 36V single supplies or ±2V to ±18V dual supplies.

Analog Devices Inc. AD8276/AD8277 amplifiers deliver an exceptional 86dB common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and high bandwidth of 550kHz while amplifying signals that extend beyond the supply rails. Because the CMRR extends more than double the supply voltage, the amplifiers are well-suited for single-supply applications requiring a high common-mode voltage range. With a maximum quiescent supply current of 200μA per channel, the amplifiers are ideal for battery-operated and portable systems. The designers can also connect these unity-gain stable difference amplifiers in high precision, single-ended configurations with G = −1, +1, +2.
